Most of my rants are guided towards those who are job hunting, the unfortunates if you will, at the mercy of all of you hiring managers, the pawns in your game of chess. But I thought this week I would flip the coin . Today I guide my advice towards the managers within the hiring process, focusing on the all important ‘Timeliness’. I can already hear you quaking in your boots.


Now time is something that everyone is often short of when looking for new staff. Obviously there is a reason behind a position being vacant, either you are going through a period of growth, and your existing team has more work than they can comfortably cover themselves, or you have had a resignation in your team.
