Working in a call center is it unhealthy?


One of the things people bring up when they start at our call center is that they hear its unhealthy to work in a call center when in reality its more to do with lifestyle than working at night!

What I have found over the years no matter what industry it is if doing the night shift you really need to get rest during the day. Setup your “routine” on the same hourly rotation that you would during the day. E.g. getting up for work, doing your shift, having the usual meal times, relax then go to bed. You just move the time frame round but not the routine. So that your “daily routine” of getting up at 8am for what would be work would be a case of getting up at 8pm or an hour or so before you start work, then everything else keeps the same format just…
