Job vacancies can have upwards of a hundred applicants. Recruiters have a large number of roles they are recruiting for so how do you ensure your resume stands out?

Make these simple changes to your resume to improve your success.

1. Ensure you clearly state how you meet the selection criteria. If your resume doesn’t match the key words stated in the advertisement you will end up in the unsuccessful pile.

2. Highlight your achievements in each role. Employers want to see what you can offer their company not just what you were required to do in previous roles.
