WORK STRATEGY: How I Handle Stress

Whenever I am feeling stressed out at work, I usually go outside for about ten minutes and talk a quick walk around the building. While I am walking I only think about good thoughts and some of my accomplishments. This helps me realize that whatever I am going through is just temporary, and the fresh air helps to clear my head. I have started doing this every time I feel a stress attack coming on, and it has really helped
