EMPLOYEE RANT: Ineffective Employee Reviews

thCAU3NLE9     “I wish had a more effective way to conduct performance reviews. The process that my company uses does not seem to be very effective. It basically rates all employees on the same categories. I think this is ineffective because most of the employees in the company have very different job descriptions. I wish they would get rid of this boiler plate template they are using, and allow me and the rest of the HR staff to create a newer and more updated system that will be much more effective”
